Shop FAQ

When will my order go out?

We ship every Tuesday and Friday via USPS. During busy seasons (product launches, holidays*, etc), we ship more frequently throughout the week to stay on top of orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries via USPS. 

We do not ship to Africa, Central America or South America at this time. Please contact us if you have any questions. 

What do you charge for shipping?

My team and I are shipping from the US, so apologies for the high cost of shipping to countries outside of North America. We're charging *exactly what it costs us* to ship from the USA. So if you live in London or Sydney or Berlin, shipping prices are what they are. If we can find an affordable way to ship to you we will use it, and keep you updated here.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Payments.

What if I never received my package?

If the package got lost in the mail we will send out a new one. We are not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered." 

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

Sorry about that. It happens. Just send us a photo of the damage and we'll exchange your item or give you a full refund. 

What is your return policy?

If you have a problem contact us. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.

The product I want to order is out of stock.

Whoops! We may have a few here left at the shop. Drop us a line and we'll look around.  

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes. Contact me if you're interested in carrying anything of mine in your store.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Not at the moment, sorry.

What are your store operating hours?

9AM MST - 5PM MST Monday - Friday

Where are you located?

Everything is designed, packaged, and shipped out of Gilbert, AZ.

Do you have a physical store that I can visit?

Unfortunately, no. Maybe someday?
