The Golden Messenger
The messenger came from worlds forgotten and unknown bearing everlasting truth to all humanity.

An interpretation of Revelations 14:6. I was commissioned by BYU Special Collections to draw what I think represents Mormonism. One of my favorite symbols of the LDS church is the golden statues on top of many of their temples. It's an angel with a trumpet symbolizing the preaching of the gospel to the world. With this drawing I envisioned the angel as a robot, a symbol of how the LDS faith embraces technology as a vital tool in spreading their faith.
Plus, I'll look for any excuse to draw a robot.
Measuring 19in x 13in, each print makes use of archival inks and quality watercolor stock to stand the test of time.
